Recently Eva Longoria had to be rescued by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department after she was surrounded by paparazzi.
The officers shielded Eva as she was escorted from a night club to her personal vehicle, a group of paparazzi surrounded vehicle but all she had to do was turn her head and point to get the police to come running.
At seeing the police officers approach the photographers immediately got the idea and backed off to take their pictures from a more comfortable distance.
Sadly one of the paparazzi took it to personally and yelled “PIGS” at the officers, but he got what was coming to him when at a green light he was confronted by the officers.

Yesterday Billy Bush (he’s the tv host at Access Hollywood) was on the phone with Eva Longoria when she stumbled backward out of her trailer, on the set of “Desperate Housewives”, and landed flat on her back requiring a trip in an ambulance and ending with some bruised ribs.
Now theirs no need to be worried as Eva is a little sore but still fine, however Billy Bush wrote about the incident in his blog taking full responsibility for what happened saying:
“Not only did Eva Longoria take a tumble off the top step of her trailer on the set of Desperate Housewives and fall flat on her back, not only did that land her in an ambulance and ultimately the E.R., but it’s my fault.”
When Eva left the hospital she returned Billy’s many phone messages explaining what happened.
‘Sorry I didn’t call right back,’ ” Eva Longoria said, according to Bush’s blog. “Too busy calling 911, I guess.” He quickly asked her if it was his fault and she suavely replied “yes” followed by a big laugh.So sounds like shes ok and it won’t affect her perfomance on Desperate Housewives, what is kinda of ironic however is that Extra, Billy Bushes rival show actually reported on the fall first.

Some sources close to Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have told People Magazine that the couple has privatly decided to call it quits, the sources say “They did break up. It’s amicable, they are talking and trying to figure the best course of action for their future. They are trying to work things out. It’s distance and demanding careers and not living in same city, It didn’t happen yesterday. It’s been going on for a while.”
This confirms what Eva’s rep recently told reporters when she said “Eva and Tony are going through a very difficult time right now, just like any other couple with extremely demanding careers.”
However their is a small source of light at the end of the tunnel since Tony recently told People Magazine that the rumours of the couple splitting were simply not true.
So whats going on? I suppose only time will tell.
